MH GADGET is a proud local home-grown company that specializes in offering high spec projectors that are of the best-value in the market.

Do you have a physical storefront?

MH GADGET is a direct to consumer brand and we ship direct from our production houses. To keep costs low, we cut all these physical costs such as rental, space, manpower, electricity in order to offer you the best value prices for our projectors. We are officially registered as MH GADGET ENTERPRISE. Our CRN is 202103008580. You can check in the official portal of registered businesses in https://www.ssm.com.my

What separates MH GADGET from other projector brands?

Our projectors are built with leading tech specs but costs a lot lesser due a direct-to-consumer business model where we sell without the middleman. We pass down as many cost savings as possible to the consumers so that they can enjoy a well-built projector at a great price! Beware of unauthorized sellers or scams with MH GADGET branding on other platforms. We only sell direct via our website, shopee and Facebook.

Can this be ceiling mounted or tripod mounted?

It can be tripod mounted ONLY. There are a 1/4 inch screwhole which is compatible with standard tripod/camera stands. However, we do not provide mounting services or any bracket as of now. Alternatively, you can opt for our adjustable stand for a more convenient & less intrusive setup.

What devices can I connect it with?

Any output source that uses HDMI, VGA, USB will be compatible.

Will the color & texture of my wall affect the projected screen?

White walls and white background are highly recommended for best effect in darkness. Coloured or texture walls will absorb the colours and brightness, hence not ideal. Alternatively, you can opt for our Projector Screen which will bring the experience to another level.

What kind of payment methods do we accept?

As of now, we only accept authorized online banking, credit/debit card and eWallet from all Malaysian Banks & wallets. It is simple, fast and extremely convenient for local Malaysians.

What is the warranty policy?

All our projectors are guaranteed with a 1 year local warranty, automatically registered with your order ID. We also have a dedicated customer support team to help you resolve any issues via FB chat or email.

What is the refund policy?

We do not provide refunds . We accept 1-1 exchanges/repairs for faults but we do not accept refunds once the box has been opened. This is standard electronics industry policies. For troubleshooting, do contact our friendly customer support at FB or email.
